Online Co-working A science-backed way of working to promote productivity, accountability, and wellbeing. 3-4 chunks of 25 minutes to get your head down, undisturbed and get on with what matters, the presence of peers also working on what matters to them and their organisation. You may wish to use this time to make progress on actions that come from meetings and workshops, or perhaps to prepare for time you will be spending with your team. Why would I join a co-working session? Get your head down and focus on something important undisturbed Be in the company of others - the energy of seeing others focusing is infectious Improve well-being and lower stress with our science-backed approach. How does a co-working session work? You join the zoom meeting You join a brief check in to get grounded in what you want to work on. We work in 25 minute chunks of undisturbed time (called Poms) you can listen to my music, yours or silence depending on your preference. We then take a 5 minute break - chat, check your emails, call a colleague back, join a breakout room, make a brew, I usually lead a tension release exercise Then back to it, we repeat until the end of the session ( usually 2 hours) What could I work on in a co-working session? Anything really, eg an email you 'just need the space to write' Actions from meetings, training or coaching Any kind of planning or important but non urgent work is ideal Working out how to involve people in your projects.
