Because the change is anchored in your body, this is not about figuring things out, its about being able to act in alignment even when there is fear present, so you can call on the internal resource you need when it matters most — in the middle of a difficult conversation, during a big decision, or when pressure is rising. Instead of remembering what we talked about, initially you step into the state we cultivated together. Overtime you learn to recognise different sensations and how to work through them to make progress. That makes it easier to act on your insights, keep your footing under stress, and create the outcomes you want in real time.

Transformation takes time and commitment. If you are starting in a place that feels burnt out and exhausted, it will often take longer to experience a real zeal for life than those who are have been in a stuck on a decision for a while. However, I must be honest, this coaching is ONLY for those who have an honest desire to work diligently and persistently. As such I try to make my coaching as accessible and transparent as I can to those who wish to put in the work to live with a real sense of peace and harmony - I cannot bring that river bank to you, but we can swim across together.
