Service Description
Whether you'd like to be able to advance your physical practice, address a block you are coming up against or have a goal of being able to do a headstand, or splits; or perhaps take the next step to living a more spiritual existence (less focused on physical or material achievements) get some time with Ed to explore this for your personal situation. By the end of the session, you will receive more personalised and tailored suggestions for practice, which just isn't possible in a group setting. You may only need one session, or perhaps you'd like to book a session, now and again or regularly. We can discuss your needs in the session and find something that works for you. Sessions can be in person or online as you prefer and are available. As always, I invite people to make a contribution that reflects their generosity and is financially manageable. You may redeem reward points against a mentoring session, and whatever you give, I apply a 15% discount as a thank you to my monthly supporters (Be logged in when you book)
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking completely please do so by logging into your account or contacting me atleast 72 hours before hand. If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible to create the space for someone else to take the space. You can do so at anytime and move your booking to another available time. If you are sick, have cold / flu/covid symptoms it is important you do not attend to prevent passing your illness to others (for physical bookings) and also so that you can practice non-harm toward yourself, your body needs rest and to heal. Please be kind and move your booking to another time.
