I believe everyone benefits from strengthening their wellbeing and exploring what life can offer! The evidence is clear that particular communities are often left out of the wellbeing and personal discovery space, LGBT people, those on low income and people with a history of trauma. There are often systemic barriers to these groups accessing the services I offer by other providers, and yet when people with these experiences can integrate and overcome the barriers, they are able to make full contributions to society and live fully with improved quality of life more peacefully and harmoniously, such as those with the means are afforded to do.
