60 minutes of swedish and neuromuscular techniques to help your nervous system create rest within the body. Easing away anxiety, stress and physical pains. Complement your SW Fitness training plan and Smart Plates meal prep with a massage. Massage has been shown to reduce recovery time and improve overall wellbeing. These sessions are also open to non SW Fitness clients (or not yet clients) Ed and the team at SW Fitness are really excited to be working together as there is a strong values alignment around an holistic approach to health. Ed's expert and unique approach to massage works with you to restore you to your natural state, one of relaxation. When we are relaxed, anything is possible. Ed also works with many people who have never had a massage before or who aren't sure massage is for them. Ed's approach is different because he works with you to find a level of pressure that is right for you and your aims. He also will invite you to breathe in a slow and specific way, which helps to enhance both relaxation and improved muscle tension release and blood flow.
