Service Description

This weekly class is for anyone who’s started to question the pace and pressure of modern life and wants to move in a different direction. You might be looking for more calm, more clarity, or just a way to feel more at home in yourself. This class can help. Previously called Queer Hatha Yoga, this space still welcomes LGBTQ+ people and those exploring their identity — but now opens wider. It’s for anyone who’s stepping off the beaten track and wanting to listen more closely to what matters. Whether you’re queer, questioning, neurodivergent, healing, or just tired of pushing through — you’re welcome here. ⸻ What to expect This is a friendly, thoughtful Hatha yoga class with a deeper focus than just stretching or fitness. Each week includes: • Simple breathing techniques to settle your nervous system • A balance of effort and rest through accessible movement • Guidance to help you learn from your body and make choices that fit you • Time to pause, recharge and reflect This isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about learning how your body works, how you make decisions, and what helps you feel steady, spacious, and strong. It’s yoga that supports real life. Come regularly and you’ll likely notice real benefits — in how you feel, how you relate to others, and how you handle what life brings — within around 12 weeks. ⸻ Format • Open to all levels — everything can be adapted • You’ll be encouraged to trust your own pace and make it your ow What to bring: 1. something comfy to wear. This isn't a workout but you may want to bring a spare t shirt. There are toilets to change in. 2. yoga mat or you can buy one from Ed in advance if you don't have one. 3. 2 blocks or 2 thick hardbacks - for balance and making postures more comfortable 4. a blanket or a large scarf to cover yourself if you like during the rest stage ⸻ Practical Details 📍 In-person in Manchester (address shown on booking) 🕘 Sundays – Check times on the booking calendar 🎟️ Suggested £10 drop-in / Included in membership / Give what you can options available Got questions? Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking completely please do so by logging into your account or contacting me atleast 72 hours before hand. If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible to create the space for someone else to take the space. You can do so at anytime and move your booking to another available time. If you are sick, have cold / flu/covid symptoms it is important you do not attend to prevent passing your illness to others (for physical bookings) and also so that you can practice non-harm toward yourself, your body needs rest and to heal. Please be kind and move your booking to another time.
